Interior & exterior systems that keep groundwater out of your basement for good.
02Interior Drainage Systems
Perimeter channels and sump basins that catch water under the floor and pump it out.
03Sump Pump Installation
Right-sized pumps, battery backups, and discharge lines that work when storms hit.
04Foundation Crack Repair
Epoxy and polyurethane injection that seals leaking cracks from the inside.
05Foundation Repair
Stabilization for bowing walls, settlement, and structural movement.
06Crawl Space Waterproofing
Encapsulation, vapor barriers, and dehumidification for damp crawl spaces.
07Basement Dehumidification
Commercial-grade dehumidifiers that hold humidity where mold can't grow.

Safe removal of basement mold, plus the moisture fix so it doesn't return.
09Egress Window Installation
Code-sized emergency exit windows that add light and safety to basements.
10Gutter & Downspout Services
Gutters, extensions, and grading fixes, the first line of defense against seepage.
A typical job goes like this: you call and describe what's happening. We come out, find where the water is coming from, and give you a written plan with the system that fits. Then we install it, test it, and show you how it works. That's it. No mystery, no pressure.
Where We Work
We work in Youngstown and the surrounding valley, Boardman, Austintown, Canfield, Warren, Niles, Girard, Hubbard, Struthers, Campbell, and Poland. These are the neighborhoods whose soil, housing stock, and weather patterns we know: the clay that holds water against foundations, the freeze-thaw winters that crack them, and the lake-effect storms that overwhelm them.
How We Work
Three things guide every job:
Find the source first
Water in the basement is a symptom. We look for the cause, the crack, the failed drain tile, the gutter dumping water at the foundation, before recommending anything.
Explain it in plain English
You should understand what we're doing to your house and why. If a recommendation doesn't make sense to you, we haven't explained it well enough.
Fix moisture before mold
Mold keeps coming back when the water stays. Waterproofing is the fix; mold cleanup is the finishing touch. We do them in that order.
What to Expect When You Call
No phone maze, no pushy script. Here's how the first conversation goes:
The inspection is where real answers come from. Nobody can diagnose a basement over the phone, and anyone who quotes you a firm price without looking is guessing. After the inspection, the written plan is yours to keep, get a second opinion with it if you like. A good plan holds up to scrutiny.
- You describe what's happening, water, cracks, smells, a pump that's acting up.
- We ask a few follow-up questions: where does the water show up, when does it happen, what kind of foundation do you have?
- If it sounds like something we fix, we schedule a time to look at it in person.
- If it sounds like something else, a plumbing leak, a roof problem, a grading issue you can handle yourself, we tell you that instead.

What We Will Not Claim
Honesty is part of the job, so here's what you won't find on this site:
No founding year or founder story
We won't invent a history we don't have.
No team bios
When you call, you'll talk to a real person who does this work, but we don't publish staff names or invented credentials.
No licenses or certifications we can't verify
We describe what we do, not badges we haven't earned.
No customer reviews yet
Our reviews page says so plainly, we'll add real customer feedback there as it comes in.
No "lifetime guarantees" or "permanent solutions."
Water is persistent and foundations move. We install solid systems and explain what maintenance they need. We don't promise the impossible.
No invented prices
Cost pages give labeled estimates and explain what drives the price up or down. A real quote only comes from an on-site inspection.
If a contractor's website reads like a trophy case, ask which parts are real. We'd rather you check us out and find everything checks out than impress you with things that don't.
